Waiting at High Camp
The team is bidding their time at high camp. Fairly strong winds thwarted a summit attempt today but everyone is ready to go for tomorrow. Near future weather models show for a little bit of unsettled weather the next few days but I personally think that forecasters are often times more wrong than right in their Denali weather prognostications.

Any more news yet Todd? The webcam looks like there's a lot of heavy cloud up there. Lets hope the team are safe and well, and a break in the weather comes soon for them to push for the summit. Julie and Jasmine x
Hello - What level do the wind speeds need to be to attempt a summit? Also how long can they reasonably hold out at high camp? Is this dependant simple upon food stores or are there other factors. We are all expectantly waiting for further news especially that our chaps are keeping well. Kerry and Julie.
PS. We love you very much and want you home safely 'Daddies' - big hugs and kisses from Max and Jasmine. xxxxxx
Chris, Happy 40th birthday for today (30th May)! Hope it's a great day for you. Looking forward to you coming home. Love Julie and a big kiss from Jasmine xx
Happy 40th to a great friend - I sincerely hope that today is the day - at least there is some blue sky overhead. Have fun!! With love Kerry xx
Hello me again
Just to say 'Hi' Lisa. I note from one of the other blogs that Todd is now out on the mountain having fun and that you are updating the blogs. It would be very very much appreciated if we could have an update on their latest position and that all is well. Looking forward to hearing from you shortly. Kindest regards Kerry.
